The 2019 MAB Youth Forum - Committed to Biodiversity - will take place at the Changbaishan Biosphere Reserve in China. The MAB Youth Forum 2019 is an event closely linked to the preparation of the 15th meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD CoP15).
Its main purpose is to offer young people an opportunity to engage more concretely in the preparation process of CBD CoP 15, elaborate their contribution to the debates and foster their commitment to the realization of the future they want, being actors of change in their territories.
They will elaborate their proposal for actions contributing to the post-2020 Biodiversity framework for action, to address climate change and sustainable development in general.
